I’ve tried MySpace IM a lot, yes, directly through the actual official program and indirectly via Pidgin [www.pidgin.im]. It is good, though in MySpace IM, you have to re-add all your MySpace buddies into the MySpace IM app, which is a time-consuming process. Anytime you wish to chat with a MySpace im buddy, you have to add them into the im program. Thus, the cycle will continue anytime you get new MySpace friends.

For facebook chat, it’s good but myspace im is much better and allows more features. Have you tried that?
